Can I Withdraw and Get a Refund With Interest?

Short answer: Yes. Once your builder misses the possession date in your Agreement for Sale, you can demand your entire investment back, plus interest for the whole period your money was held, plus any additional compensation for losses you can show — the Supreme Court has confirmed this is not a discretionary favour, it's a right.
